24-25 Specialty Banner Registration

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BEGIN

-Specialty banners are scheduled separate from team and individual pictures
-You must purchase a 4'x8' vinyl banner ($145+tax, unless exempt)
-You must bring payment with you when your group banner is photographed
-You must have a theme/idea and notify us at least 7 days prior to your session
-Your group/team must come ready to be photographed for their group banner
-Props are encouraged!

COACH INFORMATION

What If I Have An Athlete That Is Unavailable For The Scheduled Specialty Banner Session? Can you add them in at a different time?

If one of your athletes is unable to attend picture day, we STRONGLY encourage you to reschedule the session time for the entire group.

IF PHOTOGRAPHED ON LOCATION

Unfortunately, we are not able to "add them in".

We strive to provide the highest standard of artwork and consistency in our work. Due to weather restrictions and lighting variables, there is no way to match the "look" exactly.

IF PHOTOGRAPHED AT DUNLAP PHOTOGRAPHY

We are ONLY able to "add them in" if we know in advance (prior to the original scheduled group session time) that they will not be there.

This allows us to be sure to leave an opening for them in the layout and pose the other athletes accordingly - making it appear as if they were there at the same time as everyone else.

However, here are a few things to keep in mind ...

  • An additional $75 fee will be due at the time of photography ($50 artwork fee + $25 session fee)
  • They can only be photographed AFTER the original scheduled group session time.
  • Your banner will remain on hold until the last athlete is photographed, then it will start into production (3-5 weeks turnaround time). In most cases, this delays your delivery time more than a week or two at the minimum.
  • Terry is on location photographing our five contract schools throughout August and part of the way through September, so camera room availability is very limited.

Please arrive dressed and ready to be photographed. Bring any props needed for your banner with you.

Park on the brick street and pay the meter.

Our front lobby door will be locked. You will use our "session entrance" on the side of our building.

Walk down the alley to the side brown door and ring the doorbell (at eye level on the right) once your entire group has arrived.

We will personally greet you and lead you straight up the steps to the camera room.
